Fantastic Travel Agent

Mercedes was a fantastic travel agent to work with. She went above and beyond helping my GF and I book our amazing trip to Thailand. she communicated with us throughout the process, during our trip and after the trip to make sure everything went as planned. she truly was amazing to work with.
